Protein Power Smoothie


- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk of your choice)

- 1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)

- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter you prefer)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids)

- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (rich in protein and healthy fats)

- 1 Scoop (or half a scoop) Vegan Culture Plant Protein Powder

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional for flavor)

- A few ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)


1. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.

2. Blend on high speed until everything is well combined and smooth.

3. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk or water to achieve your desired consistency.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor by adding more banana, berries, or a natural sweetener like maple syrup if needed.

5. Pour the smoothie into a glass, and if desired, top it with a sprinkle of hemp seeds or a few extra berries for garnish.
