Vegan Chocolate Protein Pudding

- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup plant protein powder
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk), adjust to desired consistency
- Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or vegan chocolate chips.
1. In a blender or food processor, add the ripe avocado, banana, cocoa powder, plant-based protein powder, maple syrup (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
